Golden Rules

The following rules apply to every delivery operation without exception.

  • Wear the required PPE before entering the delivery area.
  • Establish the approved exclusion zone before unloading starts.
  • Never enter the exclusion zone whilst the tail lift is moving.
  • Keep customers and pedestrians outside the unloading area.
  • Stop work immediately if an unsafe condition develops.
  • Report all incidents, defects and near misses.
